Minutes of the meeting of Glentham Parish Council, held on Thursday 20th November in Glentham Village Hall, at 7.30pm.
Present:
In attendance: Cllr V Smith (Vice Chair Acting as Chair for this meeting), Cllr S Shaw & Cllr J Chapman. A. Lacey (Clerk and Proper Officer)
1. Chairs Welcome
The Chair welcomed all to the meeting.
3. Apologies for absence and reasons given
Cllr Bunney offered his apologies, as this meeting clashed with another meeting.
Cllr A Shaw offered his apologies as he was unwell.
3. Declarations of Interest
There were no declarations of interest.
4. Minutes of the last meeting held on 20th November
Minutes were signed and approved by the Council, barring a minor amendment.
5. Clerk’s Report
The Clerk provided an updated report. There were no issues raised at the meeting.
6. Financial Matters
The financial reconciliation was signed off by the Chair.
The External Auditors comments were approved by the Council, and it was agreed that the cost for printing a full set of the account, would be a maximum of £10.

7. Budget 26/7
Amendments were made to the Clerk’s Spreadsheet and will be agreed by the Council at the January meeting.
8. Correspondence
The Clerk had provided copies of correspondence received from VIDA Bionergy, Glentham regarding the installation of a second BioGas plant on Barff Lane.
9. Concerns about speeding
It was agreed that the Clerk would obtain a supply of ‘30’ signs from WLDC.
10. Online Banking
This is ongoing.
The meeting closed at 9pm.
