Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting
Held on Monday 29th June 2026, 7.30 pm at the Village Hall
The meeting commenced at 7.30pm
Present: Cllrs A Shaw (Chair), S Shaw, V Smith
The Clerk- C Wright
31/2026- Welcome- No members of the public were present
32/2026-- To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting. Apologies were received from Cllr S Bunney and accepted by the Council.
33/2026 To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation – NONE DECLARED

(a)To approve the annual return for the year ending 31st March 2026- Resolved to approve the annual return. Comments made by the internal auditor were noted. Resolved the clerk will seek further advice from the internal auditor regarding the PAYE and VAT to ensure the parish council are fully compliant with procedures.
