1/2026 Welcome –
Cllr Shaw thanked those for attending.
2/2026 Apologies for Absence - To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting. Cllr S Shaw sent her apologies and they were ACCEPTED.
3/2026 To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation – NONE DECLARED
4/2026 To approve as a correct record the notes of following meetings of the Parish Council and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes of the meeting held on:
25th November 2025 - RESOLVED
5/2026 Chair and Councils Comments – Water gathering at the junction Bishop Norton Road and the A631 to be reported via fix my street. - NOTED
6/2026 To receive reports from County & District Councillors, if present Cllr Bunney sent a report through the clerk. Food waste bins are coming in imminently and letters indicating this should have now gone to all residents. Changes are possibly coming in the Autumn to enable soft plastic to be included in the blue bin. Policing remains an issue, neighbourhood policing has been reduced. There are “High Crime” officers in Gainsborough looking at ASB and Violent behaviour. They can be seconded if problems arise in other areas. Waiting for updates on Local Government Reform. Parish Councils will remain and will possibly take on more responsibilities. County Council is putting in for full budgets from central government. - NOTED
7/2026 Crime & Vandalism: to include discussion on speeding in the village – Speeding remains an issue. Crime reports from local policing are sent to the clerk. Contained is information for the whole of West Lindsey. Report from West Lindsey to be circulated to councillors by the temporary clerk.
8/2026 Planning: To discuss any applications received from WLDC Planning – NONE RECEIVED
9/2026 Correspondence - Parish Clerks resignation received.
10/2026 Finances
To discuss and finalise the precept. RESOLVED
To approve the payments as shown RESOLVED

11/2026 PC Website Maintenance and upkeep
Website maintenance to involve the clerk when one is appointed. In line with good governance it was RESOLVED to move to .gov.uk email addresses for the clerk and councillors. Email to be hosted by CloudNext – Free for first year and then £100 per annum. Agreed to accept the format of glenthampc.gov.uk. To progress ahead of the new fiscal year.
12/2026 Items for next meeting
13/2026 Resolve to go into closed session due to the likely disclosure of confidential information as defined in Section1 (2) of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 - RESOLVED
Discussion took place around the handover from the previous clerk and collation of pertinent information.
