1. To approve and sign the draft minutes of the previous meeting held on 15th May 2019.

2. To receive the Chairman’s Report on Parish Council activities during the past year.
3. To receive reports of Parish Council finances from the Responsible Financial Officer and the Councillor responsible for Finance.
4. Open Meeting
