Following the recent flooding this week, the Parish Council would like to extend their sincere thanks to the residents who worked tirelessly to try and remove excess water and keep the drains cleared.
We hope that the following new roles may be of interest to these valued residents.
The Council is working on an Emergency Plan for the village and is looking for volunteers to be Flood Wardens. In the event of a further incident these volunteers would play a central and crucial role in coordinating any actions required.
