You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of Glentham Parish Council, which will be held on Thursday 6thMarch 2025 commencing at 7.30pm in Glentham Village Hall, LN8 2EU. The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda.

There will be a 15 minute public forum between 7.30pm and 7.45pm when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council, and your attendance is also requested during this period.

7.   Planning Matters

Planning Application has been lodged and accepted by WLDC for the removal of three trees immediately behind the Village Hall. Decision expected by 31 March 2025.

8.   Correspondence:

9.   Policies & Procedures

      To agree a meeting to discuss and approve amendments to revided Policies and Procedures

10.  To approve report of weekly inspection of Playground and agree any follow-up action required.

11.  To resolve on whether the Council will move into closed session to consider the following confidential staff matter, in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960.

            a) To agree a temporary increase in weekly hours for the Parish Clerk. This is because of the requirement to resolve outstanding issues.
